Ravi founded Hippocratic Financial Advisors to create an organization dedicated entirely to growing physician’s financial health and well-being. With four physicians in his family, he has experienced first hand the incredible demands placed on physicians at each stage of their careers and physicians’ need for a trusted resource with physician specialized expertise to help educate, empower, and guide them through their increasingly complex financial lives.

Whether a physician is just starting out, or is currently in practice, Ravi’s areas of expertise run the gamut from reviewing disability insurance, negotiating employment contracts, and developing strategies to repay student loans – to building and managing diversified investment strategies, reviewing and recommending risk management programs, pre- and post-retirement planning, and legacy and practice succession planning.

Ravi is passionate about educating physicians on the unique issues facing medical professionals. He regularly speaks at residency and fellowship programs on optimizing student loan management, transitioning to practice, contract negotiation, financial planning, and physician financial self-defense.

Before founding Hippocratic Financial Advisors, Ravi’s worked at one of the largest physician specialized financial planning firms in country. His prior experience includes executive and partnership positions in tax consulting and real estate investing and development, both of which he frequently draws upon in his current work with physicians.

His wife, Dana, is a practicing internist and they have a four year old son, Hudson. As a family they enjoy Transformers, athletics, backpacking, travel, and discovering hole in the wall restaurants with outstanding food.
